Our Aim
The website aims to act as a focal point for the promotion of live Peterborough Music Making, and to encourage attendance at musical events as well as participation in live music, through providing information services for community groups and events and developing opportunities for member organisations.
How will that be done?

The website provides information about member community music making Groups, information links, and information resources to assist such Groups
How did this come about?

Four local voluntary organisations: City of Peterborough Symphony Orchestra, Peterborough Choral Society, Peterborough Male Voice Choir, and St. Peter’s Singers responded to a Making Music Eastern initiative, and decided that an “umbrella website” would provide the way to achieve our aims, and enable it to be developed further and, in other ways, if other similar organisations wish to join.
